Gail Burton Purath

Gail Burton Purath became a Christian in her early 20’s with a deep interest in studying God’s Word. As a military wife, mom, and full-time homemaker, she was actively involved in writing and leading women’s Bible studies.

When their children were grown, Gail’s husband Michael retired after 22 years in the Army. He and Gail got their Master’s in Leadership for Evangelism and Discipleship from Columbia Biblical Seminary and dedicated their lives to full-time ministry in the U.S. and overseas. In 2011, Gail started writing the Bible Love Notes devotional blog, which helps her focus daily on God’s Word.
