Internet orders must be prepaid by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is a secured website. Our server uses software which encrypts your credit card information so that it cannot be read by other Internet users. Ministries and Bookstores
If you are ordering for a ministry or bookstore, you may be eligible for an additional discount. Please call us at 215-542-1240 or 1-800-659-1240 to set up an account with a representative from our customer service team.
Orders are shipped via First-Class or Media Mail (depending on weight and most efficient method of shipment) within 24 hours of receipt weekdays. A shipping and handling charge will be added to your total order. You will see a chart of shipping charges when you view your products in your shopping cart, and you will also see a running total of those charges based on the products in your shopping cart. The shipping cost will show, at which point you may change the method of shipping before clicking to continue and submit your order. Note that orders must be received before noon eastern standard time, Monday through Friday, to ship the same day. We do not ship outside the United States.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it, undamaged, within 90 days to receive a full refund (less shipping).
Bulk Purchase Returns: (defined as any item purchased in quantity) Unused and undamaged bulk items that are returned will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus shipping cost.
Please carefully package and send returns by a traceable means. This allows you to file a claim with the carrier if shipment is lost in transit.
