Dennis Hester

Dennis Hester became a Vance Havner fan after hearing Havner preach at Gardner-Webb College in 1972 where Hester prepared for the ministry.  He has compiled and edited four previous books on Havner’s material.  Hester has served churches in NC, SC, and VA.  He now consults with congregations and church leaders, helping them to become healthier and more productive.  He is the author of Pastor, We Need to Talk:  How Congregations and Pastors Can Solve Their Problems Before It’s Too Late.  He and his wife, Pam, live in NC and have two children, Nathan and Rachael.  Lear more about Hester at DennisHester.com.
